In honor of yesterday being Valentine’s Day, let’s talk love languages! If you don’t know your love language or anything about love languages, keep reading!!

The Five Love Languages, written by Gary Chapman, is a book that’s been around since 1995.  I’m only a year older than this phenomenon, but I just recently took the love languages test when my roommates suggested I should. (God love ’em!) What I found out? I love good, old-fashioned quality time! I learned that I live with two other ‘QTs’ as well. Not a real big shocker though since I adore spending valuable time with people — friends and love interests alike! That’s the thing.. Your love language doesn’t just reflect how you express love in a romantic relationship, although originally I think that’s what the book intended. Personally, I believe your love language describes how you express love in EVERY one of the relationships in your life. Now I’m no Cupid, but isn’t that sweet?! I think it’s an enlightening test to take if you’re into that kind of stuff. And I am!

Now if you’re already ready to find out your love language, then go ahead and scroll straight to the bottom:).  I want to leave a little note about us quality timers though…  First off, we need your undivided attention at the least! To us, making the most of every minute spent together deepens our connection with you!! I don’t want to be just sitting next to you, both of us on our phones.  I like long conversations together, making plans and keeping them, and most importantly… drowning out the distractions and focusing on the you and me!

If this sounds appealing, your love language might be quality time! Or you may not be a ‘qt’ like me, but there are four other love languages that might attract you!  And don’t worry, you’re still a “cutie” to me. I suggest finding out…;)
