Hoppy Easter, everyone!

Easter Brunch 2018 is hosted by Bridges Restaurant and Lounge and is happening from 11 am to 3 pm. The restaurant is located on W. Markham and tickets are available here. Bridges welcomes you, your friends, and family!

Apr. 2
Free Studio Bounce Class at Zen Studio in Chenal. 7 pm. The address is 27 Rahling Circle. Free of course!

Apr. 5
Rejoice! It’s opening day for the Arkansas Travelers at Dickey Stephens Park at 7:10 pm vs. San Antonio. I’ll be there! Admission is $6-12. Make room for BBQ nachos and beer! Be sure to check their full schedule for the month on their website.

Apr. 7
Runners, the Junior League of Little Rock is hosting the 5th Annual Downtown Dash this day at 8:00 am. For $35 or $25, you can run a 10k or a 5k, and get this – superhero costumes are encouraged! Kids are welcome to a 1K. Register here!

Do you like yoga? Do you like beer? Okay, great! Cheers and Namaste Yoga present Beer Yoga at Rebel Kettle Brewing Company. For $10, come enjoy an hour of yoga and a local brew. Be sure to BYOM (bring your own [yoga] mat) arrive early. I will be there! 

This is so cute! Bell Urban Farm is hosting their Spring Plant Sale in Conway! From 9 am to 3 pm, take a short trip to Conway to buy local plants to start growing your garden this season. Always remember to support your farmer and buy local. There are so many GREAT reasons for doing so.

From 6 to 8 pm at the History Pavilion is Jazz in the Park. This is a free, family-friendly, jazz concert at the foot of the junction bridge downtown. Beer, wine, and soft-drinks will be on sale and a percentage of the proceeds go to the Art Porter Music Education Inc. #LRJazzInThePark

Hey again, country music fans! Brad Paisley Weekend Warrior World Tour is coming to Verizon Arena at 7 pm. Tickets by Ticketmaster.

Yasss, another yoga event! There will be a FREE community-wide yoga sesh from 10 to 12 am at the Double Tree Hotel downtown. That’s two hours of free yoga for all levels lead by Natalie Rockefeller. There will also be raffles, giveaways, and door prizes. BYOM.

The Arkansas Made Arkansas Proud Market is from 10 am to 7 pm on the field at War Memorial Stadium. A full day of shopping? YES PLEASE! Plus everything you browse will have been created or produced by Arkansans. Another great opportunity to support our local economy. General admission is only $5. The 2018 Arkansas Italian Food Festival is going on from 4 to 9 pm on the 20th and 8 am to 9 pm on the 21st at the Riverfront Park. Tickets are only $5. I’ve never been but if it’s anything like the Greek food festival it is guaranteed to be a deliciously fun and culturally eye-opening.

Brews & Bites at the Outlets of Little Rock is happening Saturday from noon to 5 pm. Food trucks, craft beer and live entertainment… ummmm, hell yes! Money will be donated to the Arkansas Hunger Relief Alliance and Arkansas Food Bank. I love going to these things. Ticket info soon!

2018 Little Rock International Food Festival invites you to join them for their 3rd annual event. Come make your taste buds happy by trying food from around the world. The event is FREE! The even will be held at 3224 Anna Street.

The Arkansas Literary Festival kicks off today and goes til the 29th. Visit their website for more events!

Taste of Little Rock 2018 is from 6 to 8 pm at the Jack Stephans Center on the University of Arkansas at Little Rock’s campus. If you’re unfamiliar with what Little Rock food has to offer, this is the event for you. Guests are welcome to try some of the best food from some of the finest restaurants in Little Rock. The Arkansas Literary Festival presents Arkansas Beer from 1:30 to 2:30 pm at Flyway Brewing Company in North Little Rock. The event is only $5 and it covers your first full-size beer or flight! Brian Sorenson, author of Arkansas Beer: An Intoxicating History, will be leading a discussion on Arkansas beer.
