Happy Friday, everyone! It’s been a couple of weeks, hasn’t it?
I don’t have much to show for it. It’s felt like a summer-Friday every Friday. Not work-wise unfortunately (mehhh), but blog-wise considering we haven’t seen a wrap-up in over a month. Eeek, moving forward! This will be my second 3-day weekend in a row, the last being super underactive. But that’s not the case this weekend! Today after work, I’m heading out of town to celebrate Labor Day weekend with my mama ❤️ We’ll be exploring parts of Northeastern Arkansas and Southeastern Missouri!
Updates:
My 24th birthday was friggin’ incredible! I had too much fun, but so worth! I was surrounded by amazing people and was treated to brunch and [practically] bottomless mimosas by my boyfriend! I received flowers in the mail from my sister who lives way down in Fort Worth. Birthday flowers are my one of my favorite things to receive. In fact, I’d take them over cake any day!!
I’ve been furniture shopping like crazy and scouting the selection out there to prepare for my first big move. I’ve got zilch when it comes to furniture besides bedroom which I guess is the most important for right now. I’m eyeing this couch from FFO because it’s everything I imagined, but the price is so crazy! There’s Bargain Hunt in Jacksonville but the selection is just not as wide. The strug!!!
Super stoked to announce I’m introducing a new series to the blog TUESDAY called Product of the Month. I’ll explain more about what it is in the actual post, but I’m so excited to reveal August’s POTM because I am literally obsessed with it. I’ve been using it non-stop and hell yes, I’m towing it with me this weekend. If you can guess what it is from my Instagram and Snapchat stories than you get brownie points! ;P

Look out for PREMIUM content on the blog later next month when I’ve moved into my new apartment and settled! I’m so close to getting to call Chenal home! It’s super exciting and I’m looking forward to it so much! Also looking forward to working really hard at putting the blog at the forefront of all of my activities!
